Import table from OCI to Onpremise DB

Hi Team,

We have exported table in OCI oracle base database service with version 19.28 and trying to import in Onpremise oracle db with version 19.17 but failed with below error. Please help us to import the table.

[orasupp@erpsupportdb DMP _FILE]$ impdp system/YU#******##lksn4@SUPPDB tables =XXTTD.XXTTD_AP_TEL_MAIN_MASTER DIRECTORY=DMP_FILE LOGFILE=nov1311.log dumpfile=1311refresh.dmp table_exists_action=replace

ORA-39002: invalid operation

ORA-39405: Oracle Data Pump does not support importing from a source database with TSTZ version 43 into a target database with TSTZ version 18.
