after applying critical patch one of my user meet a form prolem

i have apply some of the critical patch

37923872、37078895、37902555、38180394、37327694、38512809、37614922、38050166、37068559、38501230、38501349

The error is as follows:

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could be due to an invalid configuration. Please check the web server log for details.
