Requirements before patch

Hello,

My objective is keep ODI Weblogic updated and stable,

ODI version ODI_12.2.1.4.0_GENERIC_190913.1025 is used in Windows Server.

Since i am unfamiliar with patching ODI Weblogic Server i am wondering do i need to apply some base patch before applying this one —> "Patch 38452573 WLS Stack Patch Bundle"
