P6 Data Dictionary mistakes?

In the P6 data dictionary, you are defining the "Forecast at Completion" as the "estimated cost at completion":

But checked the formulas and I believe this is the VAC (Variance At Completion) VAC = BAC - EAC!

Am I wrong or there is a mistake?
