Oracle Hyperion 11.2.15 installer not moving after trigger the installTool.sh in Linux server

in Hyperion EPM General (MOSC) Question

Hi All,

We are installing Oracle Hyperion Planning Plus 11.2.15 in a Linux environment. All installation files have been downloaded, and the prerequisite steps for a new Installation are completed.

Steps performed:

1) Triggered "./installTool.sh" using MobaXTerm.

2) Selected the required components.

3) At the final stage, the process hangs.

Checked the installation logs and found the following error messages:

- Unable to initialize service fileService. Could not initialize shell script gushellsupport.sh

- Unable to initialize service systemUtilService. Could not initialize shell script gushellsupport.sh

- Error: Linux System Util Service Initialization Failed. Turn on the System property 'EnableLinuxPPKLogger' for more stack trace details

- [2025-11-14T13:25:22.603+01:00] [EPMINS] [ERROR] [EPMINS-00520] [oracle.EPMINS] [tid: 21] [SRC_CLASS: com.hyperion.install.action.impl.InstallCheckMessageHandler] [arg: diskspace] Installation check "diskspace" failed.
