UBEOverride folders not deleting after UBE completes

We recently discovered on one of our JDE instances on AS/400 backend that the UBEOverride folders are not deleted after the job completes. We had over 200K folders for PD. We began the process of manually deleting them, but we notice as jobs run throughout the day the folders are remaining. I looked for an INI setting that may control this and compared against another system sale backend and same tools level and did not identify anything that may correct this behavior.
