Xadmin - Xstores files not downloading suddenly

Hi ,

All of sudden noticed that all mnt files for stores are not getting downloaded , only manifest is being downlaoded it says in xadmin but not file.

The table DPL_DEPLOYMENT_FILE had entires for each file and says unreported.

I did restart apache , jetty , checked for space missing etc but all is good.

Firewall , network is fine.

we are on v24 bridge i.e hybridization too
