when doing ebs db 19c rapid clone occur RC-00110

Hi All:

i refer to the doc 2552208.1 doing the multi database clone，before doing the rapid clone my adop status is fs_clone success

then i do the preclone when db & ap is running，and tar the file when db & ap is down at the source server

after to the tartget system i met a problem RC-00110: Fatal: Error

how can i solve it
