Performance of PSPPYRUN after Tax Update 25-B

The process PSPPYRUN takes 3 mins to complete in production calculating around 2500 pay checks. We are in the middle of testing Tax Update 25-B and found out PSPPYRUN now took 50 mins to complete in a domain with Tax Update 25-B applied while the production similar payroll parallel testing domain is still 3 mins.

Has anyone encountered similar issue? Any advice is appreciated.

We are on HCM 9.2 Image 51 and PeopleTools 8.61.05. We run PeopleSoft on premise and Oracle 19c.
