How To Trigger Resending notifications emails to Approver?

Hi Communities,
I used oracle EBS 12.2.5
Currently We activate standard system notifications via emails for PR Approver.
So approver will receive email when requestor need approval.
This system very help full for High level management review PR without login oracle Apps.
But some times Approver not receive the emails.
when I query in WF_Notifications table, Mail_status is null like picture below.
Is it possible to trigger this notifications again so email status will update to Sent and Approver will receive the email?
