2025 Year-End Preparation: Processing 1099s

in PeopleSoft Announcements

To meet IRS 1099 deadlines, review your setup and data in advance and allow plenty of time to prepare and process the returns. Important new information is as follows:

  • Combined Federal State Code for Oregon 41 is added to list of participating states in Table 1. State Code for Missouri 29 was removed from CF/SF. For information to add/remove states see Doc ID 616997.1. https://bit.ly/47IJ7Aq
  • Patch information is based on product release. Utilize PeopleSoft 1099 Analyzer to review 1099 setup, transactions and verify if all mandatory 1099 patches are applied. PeopleSoft Enterprise Payables 1099 Analyzer Doc ID 2955492.1. https://bit.ly/3Peswg1
