ACA- 1095-C Forms -Loading Third-Party 1095-C Data Into PeopleSoft for Self-Service – Approach

Good Day,

We outsource our ACA processing, and the vendor will continue generating and filing Form 1095-C. We would like employees to view their 1095-C forms in PeopleSoft Self-Service, similar to W-2 access.

We will receive 1095-C data extract from the vendor (not PDFs).
Our proposed approach is to:

1. Load the vendor data into PeopleSoft ACA tables using Excel-to-CI or CI-based upload, and
2. Use the delivered PeopleSoft ACA form generation to produce the 1095-C for Self-Service viewing.

Questions:

1. Is Excel-to-CI (or CI-based loading) the correct approach for importing third-party 1095-C data?
2. Which delivered CI/component should be used to load ACA data for 1095-C form generation?
