Tasks and Activity Relationship

I am struggling with the idea of implementing the Task Module in OPC.

Can someone help me figure out how to make sure that as an activity moves (a schedule shifts) that any tasks associated with that activity shift with it. I would assume that a task that hasn't been committed to (or locked) would be fluid with that associated activity until it's committed to. Otherwise, all tasks would have to be manually moved upon the CPM schedule shifting. Help, please?
