Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

My Oracle Support upgrade

Hello,

I am a customer that has recently migrated to My Oracle CLOUD Support. I received a notification today that My Oracle Support would be upgraded to a similar experience. I am concerned about the three following items and hope someone can provide an answer.

  • Will the current My Oracle Support view still be available after this upgrade occurs?
    • If not, is there any way that we can view SRs that are older than 2 years?
    • If not, is there any way to export Document Favorites? I understand that this functionality is not available yet for My Oracle Cloud Support, and I rely on it in the My Oracle Support portal.
