I am trying to migrate the existing workspace from old environment(apex_1800) to new (apex_2400)

I am trying to migrate the existing workspace from old environment(apex_1800) to new (apex_2400) but facing the below issue.

Execution of the statement was unsuccessful. ORA-02291: integrity constraint (APEX_240100.WWV_FLOW_FND_GU_INT_G_FK) violated - parent key not found

Can someone help me how to resolve this?
