Documentation or Guide on Setting Up for a new ICA in P40950 in JdEdwards

I am looking for a detailed manual or guidance on how to set up a new ICA (Inventory Cost Accounting) in P40950, for exemple for the Inventory module.
Use Case exemple :
When we reclassify an item into another item (same product but with different standard costs), the system generates a cost difference between the outgoing item and the incoming item.
I would like this cost difference to be automatically posted to a specific ICA, which will be configured with the appropriate G/L accounts.
Therefore, I need documentation or steps explaining:
