Preventive Maintenance loop schedules will not run successfully

in Asset Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We created several PM loop schedules for our monthly vehicle inspections. We also created and added an inspection form to be added to each created PM work order when the schedules run. However, The PM loop schedules will run to run as long as the inspection form is not attached to the task template.

Once we add an inspection to the task template, the PM loop schedules always end in "No Success". Does anyone know what could be causing this failure?
