How do we update Minimum Wage rates in Oracle R12?

We are a government organization, and a new minimum wage ordinance was recently passed for our city. We need to update the minimum wage accordingly in our Oracle R12 environment.

Has anyone gone through this process before or have documentation/steps on how to correctly update minimum wage tables or configuration in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (HR/Payroll)?

Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
