Auto Create PO from Requisition not holding the same line number sequence

We have applied the patch 17267096 R12.PO.B to create requisition with the given line number sequence. After this patch applied now the requisitions are creating with the given line sequence (I am populating the line_num column in the requisition interface table). Our system configured that requisition would get auto approved and create auto PO after Req get approved, I observed that even now PO was not holding the same line sequence of Requisition.

Any patches need to have auto PO hold the same Requisition line sequence?
