GTM System Update/Notification when a Product Classification Code on Item gets updated per Descartes

HI,

How do we capture or build an 'GTM System Update/Notification when a Product Classification Code on Item gets updated per Descartes …If a prod classification gets expired and a new code is sent based on the Descartes data load and there are tax % changes too , how would GTM capture this change and update the code on the items that are assigned the previous code to avoid any tax discrepancies or penalties for displaying the wrong code on the docs ? Would Descartes send an email notification in these type of cases ? Attached is an example that explains the scenario
