How does R41610 know what records to compare from F4160 to F4141

in Distribution - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

Running a full physical for one of our branches. Ran the R41606 to do the freeze and R41607 to create the tags.

There are already many lines in the F4141 table from past cycle count entries.

When I run the R41610 update how will it know which records to compare the tags in F4160 against in the F4141 table.

Should I delete all the records not in the current inventory?
