Purchase Order to Amazon via OBN

We are trying to send a Purchase Order to Amazon via OBN from Punchout requisition. The cart information is not in the transformed message. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I modified the transform program to get that information, however OBN seems to be stripping it out and what gets sent to Amazon is not even close to what is needed. Both Item and Cart id is wrong or missing.

We are on the 8.61.08 tools and PUM 52 release.
