Re-apply Planner and tools enhancement ESU

Hello,

We already applied Planner and tools enhancement ESUs successfully on PD environment for new system implementation, but we have to take the data again from old system at go-live time, so we need to re-apply these ESUs without spec merge, just only to have the new (tables, UDCs, etc.) what is the best scenario to do that (time and accuracy)?

Note: New system at TR9.2.9.3
