Can EBS Support to Setup Discrete Jobs Start Date with 00:00:00 Timeframe Automatically?

Hi Experts,

In EBS standard functionality, system will automatically make the Discrete Job Start Date/Time as system timestamp.

We have a user requirement which would like to setup the Discrete Jobs Start Date with system date but 00:00:00 timeframe automatically.

Do we have any profile or setup without custom coding? thank you!
