Getting Error APPS - 236101 while creating quote .

We are working on oracle EBS 12.2.14. When we create quote in OM we get Below -

APPS 236101 Error in calculating tax for line 919050-01 error. [verter application exception : No country jurisdiction found for country code : 91]

ERROR_RETURNED (API=CALCULATE_TAX_WITH_GTT) .

Please help to know how to solve this issue
