Can we manage project task assignments through Oracle Mobile App in EBS R12

We are exploring use of oracle mobile app for our Project Management Staff and want to know if mobile app allows user to manage and re-assign tasks without logging into Oracle EBS OAF/Java form.

we are using EBS 12.2.9
