PUM 53 - Changes to EONC_NOTIFICATIONS.Notification App Package / Class Change Issue

We have a customization to the generic notification template HPY_EE_US_SUBMIT to add Emplid as a bind variable. This is a notification email to employee when they make a Direct Deposit change and save, via ESS.

We have a small amount of custom code in PY_IC_DD_FL_VW.Emplid.SavePostChange to accommodate sending the extra bind variable.

This has worked fine in our current PUM 52 and previous. Since we applied PUM 53 for testing, it is not working and the email contains the literal "%3" in the email (%3 is the bind variable for the Emplid).

I see many code changes in EONC_NOTIFICATIONS.Notification App Package/Class. In reviewing it, I found changes in the method GetEmailContent where it is using differently named bind variables. I reverted one line back to the original bind variables, and my email notification works correctly.
