Using a preloaded SPL

Hello,

I want to use the a preloaded SPL in order to play Music-on-Hold when the called party send a REFER (for a particular Realm). As I understand this can be done by

+playback-on-refer="AXAMoh"

AXAMoh is the name of the playback-config which points to the moh file. I have tested the file on the SBC, it is playing, so this should be ok.

But I'm confused about the instructions provided by Oracle. What do I need to do in order to enable the playback-on-refer for a particular realm ?
