How to disable management pack per default using EMCLI

Hi

I have no license for DB_MAS (Data Masking) and I want to disable it in OEM per default.

I figured out how to do with the WebGui : Management Pack - Licensable Targets - Default Settings - Oracle Data Masking and Subsetting Pack - Move - Disable - Apply

Is it possible to do it with emcli?
