Tax Update 25-C State Tax Reciprocity Table Change Missing?

Hello! We are testing 25-C and noticed that there is not a new table entry for Iowa effective 1/1/26 that is supposed to deliver a new table entry that UNchecks the SUT Credit when employee transfers to residence state check box. This is on page 100 of the release notes. Has anyone else noticed this or am I reading it incorrectly? Two of our developers have looked on their end and cannot find anything.
