Does anyone have information on the changes with the Notify button on the HCM pages?

With PeopleTools 8.61, the page that opens is Share Option Page and not Send Notification page. There is no longer a template option, although I did find a Solution for adding that back onto the page. Has anyone used it? The recepient details have changed. I need to put together a Delta of the changes for our users. Has anyone had to do something similar?
