Planning LCM Export is not exporting all the artifacts in EPM 11.2.14 version

We are trying to take LCM exports of Planning applications from our EPM 11.2.14 environment, but the final export file has a few artifacts missing, such as Forms, Rules, Dashboards, and Substitution Variables. Those artifacts are available in the application, but not showing in the final export.

Has anyone faced this issue before? Is it a known bug or something? Please advise.
