User-defined alert template is not working for Exit survey for offboarding checklist

There is a requirement, where we need to trigger the exist survey to employee, once employee submits his/her resignation in fusion HCM application. Along with that, We need to trigger the FYI notification to employee line manager and Employee HRD with different template formats once that checklist is assigned to employee. Also, we want to trigger the custom alert notification to Line manager and HRD once employee completes the Exist survey tasks.

To achieve this functionality, we have created custom Allert template to create the Custom Alert notification with different templates, One is for Line Manager and another one is for HRD.
