Did anyone face this issue?

Trying to save a new Grid Format for the application|version|form P30026Z1|ZJDE0001 |W30026Z1B
Form Name is Invliad CAUSE . . . . . . .The Form Name passed into the OMW functions is invalid. RESOLUTION. . Please enter a valid Form Name .
