No email receiving and no approval screen, nothing on the Work Center for my Workflow

Hello team,

I'm having an issue with my new workflow. I haven't received anything, and I've checked both the Workcenter and my email. I'm wondering if I've missed something.

Here is the configuration:

1. I called my workflow in the 'OK' button event rule on P04012.

2. This is the result. It is after triggering the workflow.

3. My list of distribution

4. My Workflow, is very simple, I call the program P98806 pour approval, if yes I sould receive a message "Approved" et rejected, I should receive a message "Rejected". I checked on the log, nothing talking about my Workflow.

Any help I appreciate
