How to get new SPC for JDE World A7.3 version without CSI, Subscription Id ?

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

I am using JD Edwards World version A7.3 Software expiring in 2 days, hence need new software protection code (SPC) from Oracle. Since the JDE World contract is very old (around 1994), details like customer support identifier number (CSI), Subscription Id, Account Name are hard to get from the company I am working for. What is the workaround I can do to get new SPC ?
