I would like to confirm whether Oracle provides any API (REST or SOAP) that allows access to information related to Service Requests (SRs) submitted through the My Oracle Support portal — such as status, history, interactions, attachments, and other related details.
If such an integration is available, I kindly request the following information:
- Official documentation (WSDL or REST reference)
- Authentication requirements (SSO, certificates, tokens, etc.)
- Steps required to enable access for our organization
- Usage limitations (scope, request limits, user/CSI permissions, etc.)
Our goal is to integrate this data with our internal support management tools.
