Has the functionality of Packaged Pick Slip (R42521) changed in 9.2?

Regeneration of Packaged Pick Slip (R42521) erases the new Pick Slip Number & reverts to the old one for all lines in 9.2. In 9.1, the old Pick Slip Number gets used for all lines.
