Duplicate revenue events getting created for FIXED RETAINER -FRER projects

Every month, I am encountering at least one or two FRER projects where revenue events are being duplicated. Instead of creating a single revenue event per month, two revenue events are being created for the same month, and this continues on every month through the end of the project. As a result, the total revenue is being doubled. This duplication occurs immediately after the project is set up, and the automic programs are ran, with both revenue events ( original and duplicate one) being recorded at the same time.

I would like to understand the possible reasons behind this behavior and seek guidance on how to resolve or prevent this issue moving forward. Any insights into the root cause and recommended steps for fixing this would be greatly appreciated.
