why JDE Agreement (P38010 / 11) function is not reflecting the quantities?

In JDE 9.2, the standard Agreement (P38010) function (for Sales) is being used with Quantity control option enabled. When the sales order is placed for the matching parameters the appropriate Agreement is defaulted on order line & submitted. After submission, if the order is revised and split the original line with more lines with the same parameters, the related Agreement is defaulted…but the relevant quantity is not reflected in the Agreement Quantities screen-Committed & Remaining Quantity fields, in JDE production environment.

Does it related to any existing bug (or) any other real-time reflection to be enabled on Agreement. Please review and advise. Thanks.
