Does EnterpriseOne allow for an employee to have multiple job types at the same time?

We have an employee that will have 2 jobs/positions, after searching Oracle Support it looks like it's not possible in EnterpriseOne. But I'm wondering if I misunderstood, has anyone else had this type of requirement and was successful in setting it up? We're on version 9.2.9 rel 25
