Newly created assignment set not visible for MRP:ATP Assignment Set selection in Oracle eBS R12

We created a new sourcing rule for all the SKUs in our orgs and trying to replace our existing MRP: ATP Assingment Set profile to the newly created one, but I don't see that in the list. It does show up in MSC: ATP Assignment Set profile though. Can you let me know what is missing? Apart from this profile, are there other changes to be made for the newly created sourcing rule to be effective while running ATP?
