EBS R12.2 Word Wrap Issue in Oracle EBS Standard report - AR Lockbox Execution Report

in Reporting - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,
I’m experiencing a word wrap issue in the Oracle EBS Receivables Lockbox Execution Report, generated by the Oracle concurrent program Process Lockboxes. The output wraps data onto two lines, even after increasing the report width from 180 to 200 in System Administration > Concurrent > Program > Define.

Details:

  • Report short name: ARXLPLB
  • Output format: Text
  • Columns: 180
  • Rows: 45
  • Style: Landwide

We’re on 12.2.9 (upgraded from 11.5.10), and I suspect this is a report layout issue rather than a product issue. I think Oracle product developers built this on Report Builder 6i. An Oracle SR has been open, with Receivables Product Support, for over a month without resolution. Which is why I am posting in this group.
