SLA Rule to change Site code on Asset

Hello,

I need to setup SLA in Fixed Asset to change the Site segment of the GL Combination from the default on the book controls form to read the site from the combination on the assignment form. But this only applies where attribute1 on Book Controls = Y

Please provide guidance on how I would go about creating this. We are using EBS R12.2.12
