How are the fields ADVANCE_ID populated on record EX_TAUTH_HDR?

Travel authorization ID is field on the Cash advance header and Cash Advance ID is a field available on the Travel Authorization header. How are these populated?

The field TRAVEL_AUTH_ID is available on record EX_ADV_HDR. - How does this get populated?

The field ADVANCE_ID is available on record EX_TAUTH_HDR - How does this get populated?
