[Oracle Upgrade] - Error message displayed at RMA Advanced Replacement process

Issue Description
China Service Center (CSC) has reported that error message is displayed when trying to perform Receiving for RMA Advanced Replacement:   

  • SO#: 5580106
  • SN: 32B0B06


How to reproduce

  • Responsibility: NI CSC Material Handler
  • In Navigator, go to Depot Repairs / Repair Orders
  • Enter SO# into Service Order field and click Find
  • Click OK at the Results section
  • Go to Logistics tab
  • Select the logistic line with 'Return' Action Type
  • Set "Receive" at Actions and click Go
  • (Expected behaviour: Repair Order Product Transactions window is displayed)

In .5 instance we are able to receive return line :

User reported as issue is affecting all the Advance Replacement SOs created before the Oracle Upgrade go-live. As of 2 Dec, there are over 100 impacted SOs awaiting receiving.
