Unable to Login to Siebel Migration Application

Hi

we are facing an issue with migration application login with MIGUSER. The user is same across all the environments. Due to which FRR migration is failing at step

PreProcessing_Import unPackage Error.

Unfortunately, there are no logs created.

FRR failed at first after unpackage step and from second time onwards it is failing at unpackaging step itself.
