Retrieving ICP members in Smart View from HFM 11.2.22

We have come across an issue when retrieving ICP members in Smart View since upgrading to 11.2.22

A Market can see their own entities as far as ICP, but cannot see other ICP members outside of that Market.

You can drill down on ICP and see all members, but if you refresh a file which has members outside of the market it doesn't refresh and instead returns the ICP to the POV box.

We have seen no issue in HFM itself, but are still testing.

The version of Smart View we are currently using is 24.200

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any ideas
