Sales Order Line Not Closing After Interface Trip Stop – Workflow Stuck at Ship Line
We are facing an issue in Oracle EBS Order Management:
- After running Interface Trip Stop, for an open sales order line where there is nothing left to ship, all delivery details are getting canceled successfully.
- However, the sales order line does not progress to closure.
- Workflow shows Ship – Line activity as Active and Notified.
- Tolerance is set (Above = 100%, Below = 10%), and shipped quantity is within tolerance.
- Cancel_Unpicked_Details_At_ITS was executed (flag = Y).
Expected Behavior:
The line should close automatically since tolerance is satisfied and no delivery details remain.
Actual Behavior:
Workflow remains stuck at Ship Line.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Is there a known bug or configuration that prevents OM workflow from progressing in this scenario?
