We are replacing our ECC server with a new one in connection with upgrading ECC to latest version V15.

Can we use Appendix C: Upgrading Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework to Release 12.2 V15

after installing the Quick Install Package, config EccConfig.properties and creating env on the new server?
